This policy explains what Songs On Time collects and why.
What we collect
- What you type: recipient name, occasion, the story you write, and your musical preferences.
- Contact: your email address, so we can deliver the song and provide support.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and an identifier — never your full card number.
- Technical: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service working and to measure advertising.
Why we use it
To create and deliver your song, to answer support requests, to process payments and prevent fraud, and to measure the performance of our advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the service work: our AI music provider (to generate the song), Stripe (payments), our email provider (delivery), and advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok, which receive event data about purchases. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, including your story and song, for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
Write to contact@songsontime.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your order data means we can no longer re-deliver your song.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
