These terms govern your use of Songs On Time at songsontime.com ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
What we provide
You give us a short story and your preferences (recipient, occasion, musical style, vocal type). We use them to produce an original song with AI-assisted composition and vocals, and deliver it to you as a digital audio file.
Each song is generated. Two orders with the same input will not produce identical results, and we cannot reproduce a specific previous version on request.
Price and payment
The standard song is US$19. Optional add-ons are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.
Delivery
Songs are delivered by email to the address you provide, normally within minutes of payment. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us — we will resend it.
Your content
You confirm that the story you submit is yours to share and does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, or that discloses someone else's private information without their consent. We may decline to produce an order on these grounds and refund it.
Rights to your song
The song we deliver is yours to keep, play, share and give as a gift, including in personal social posts. We may retain a copy for support and re-delivery purposes.
Availability
We depend on third-party AI and email providers. Service may be interrupted. If we cannot deliver your song, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.
